CDMTM is scientifically validated, and  specifically designed for the Irish market.  • He was trained by Career Decisions, an award winning Irish company in the field of career  coaching, and outplacement, and his qualification is accredited by Dublin Institute of  Technology under the National Framework of Qualifications. • He is an experienced qualified trainer, with a background in psychology, specialising in work  related to emotional health, and interpersonal communication issues over the last four years.  • His other qualifications include - Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy - Diploma in  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Several Certified Trainings in The Human Givens Approach to  Therapy (A hybrid brief solution focused approach, Human Givens are the biggest independent trainers to  Britain’s NHS). Although trained in Psychoanalysis, Eoins main interest is in the Humanistic side  of Psychology.
